Gentle Flow - For Spinal Health


Roll, twist, stretch and lengthen is the motto for this gentle spinal flow. A good morning movement to bring mobility & flexibility to the spine or a great way to end the day to release lower back tension or pain from the days activities. Starting off in a seated flow working into the upper back, shoulders & neck, to working our way into twists and coming down onto our spines to work through the mid & lower back. Very beginner friendly & great for anyone with lower back pain. Props: just your Mat, one block & maybe a strap (but you can also so this with no props)
