Move Through Your Hips


Hi there Friends! In this 20 min vinyasa class we will move through the body by opening the hips and connecting with our breath. This practice has both a combo of flow and opportunities of stillness to really soften into the really it is best of both worlds! Great class for beginners or if you are looking for a more gentle flow :) Props Needed: Mat
