If you sit at a desk all today, have picked up bad postural habits, or want to learn more about the spine, this Yin Yoga Sequence is for you! We will work on stretching and opening through the chest, shoulders and neck which are all connected to the Thoracic Spine, which starts at the lower neck all the way down to the lumbar spine (your lower back). So we will lengthen, twist & open through the upper & mid back in all these poses targeting this specific region of the spine. Props: A mat and one of these; either a pillow, 2 blocks, bolster or blanket.
