Full Yogic Breath


Full Yogic Breath is a three-part breath that works three different sections of the torso and engages all three lobes of the lungs. Before you begin practicing your Full Yogic Breath, you will need to have an understanding of your Abdominal & Thoracic breathing, as these form part 1 & part 2. This breath work is best practiced on an empty stomach. Props: just your mat.
