A Day of Self - Yoga Day Retreat

Join us for a day of total self care, where you will move, breath, create, nourish, and cleanse.

Starting our day off with an outdoor Yoga Session, that is accessible to all yogi levels (even first timers), followed by a breathwork session that will leave us feeling balanced, grounded & energised.

Lunch will be a delicious and nutrious feasting table of salads, tarts, quiches, fruits and some treats! Enjoy the food, whilst taking in your surrondings at the blissful Bask El Sol property. 

After lunch, Rachel from Bright Square Studios will lead us through a soothing & fun paint workshop. There is no art experience required, anyone can create a beautiful masterpiece in Rachel's workshops. She will lead the group step by step whilst also allowing your creativity to flow onto your canvas. A piece created just by you to hang in your home! 

Finishing off the most blissful 5 hours of your life, we will conclude the retreat with a yoga nidra meditation! Honestly you will leave this retreat feeling as if you are floating on a cloud, having moved your body, rested your mind, healed your soul and reignited your creativity.

Everything is included and provided for you! All you need to do is show up to Bask. el sol.

The owner is a yogi herself and the name of her venue means ‘…to languish in the light & warmth of the sun…’ hence whybask el sol is the perfect location for our day retreats!
