A Day of Self Love - Day Retreat

Join us for a day, that draws your focus inward, opening up your heart and flowering yourself in some well deserved self love.

We will kick the day off with a Morning Vinyasa Yoga Session, accessible to all yogi levels (even first timers), followed by the most blissful Group Reiki Session by the magical Courtney, from Earthed Holistic Wellness. 

Lunch will be a delicious and nutrious spread of salads, tarts, fruit, and treats, so enjoy the food & your surrondings at the blissful Bask El Sol property. 

Whilst you are all feasting Courtney will have set up a beautiful floral centerpiece to help prepare & inspire you for our own Floral Bundle Creations. Even writing a little love note to yourself to wrap around your new creation. You can take the flowers home and dry them out to be a forever piece or place them in water. 

Finishing off the most divine 5 hours, we will conclude the retreat with a little sit & sip session with some beautiful Ceremonial Cacao in hand, as we prepare for a 30minute yoga nidra meditation! 

Having you leave this day retreat with an open & warm heart.

Everything is included and provided for you! All you need to do is show up to Bask. el sol, the owner is a yogi herself and the name of her venue means ‘…to languish in the light & warmth of the sun…’ this couldnt be a more fitting place. Oh, just dont forget your yoga mat, water bottle & wear your yoga gear.
