A Day of Self - Xmas Edition - Day Retreat

Join us for a day of self indugling, deep relaxation and time to recharge before the festive season hits!

We will kick the day off with a Morning Yoga Session, accessible to all yogi levels (even first timers), followed by chill time! You can cool off in the pool, bask in the sun or wonder the grounds whilst we pop on some christmas music and help the beautiful Tarryn from The Flower Shed & Co set up for your Christmas Wreath workshop. 

There is no art experience required, anyone can create this beautiful masterpiece with the assistance of Tarryn & her flower / bush foraging! She will lead the group step by step whilst also allowing your creativity to flowallowing you to choose your own botanical pieces for your individual wreath! This will be a combination of live & dried materials, which will create an everlasting piece as the live materials will dry out so you can use it again, year after year.

Lunch will be a delicious and nutrious feasting table of salads, tarts, fruits and some treats! Finishing off the most blissful 5hours of your life, we will conclude the retreat with a 30minute yoga nidra meditation and sound healing session! Honestly you will leave this retreat feeling as if you are floating on a cloud, having moved your body, rested your mind, healed your soul and reignited your creativity by creating your own ever lasting christmas wreath to hang on your front door or in your house .

Everything is included and provided for you! All you need to do is show up to Bask. el sol, the owner is a yogi herself and the name of her venue means ‘…to languish in the light & warmth of the sun…’ this couldnt be a more fitting place.
