Festive Day Retreat at Jardin, Samford Hosted by Mel & Sheriece
A day created — to pause, fill our own cups, and reconnect before the busyness of the festive season begins. Together, we’ll sweat a little, laugh a lot, make something beautiful, and rest deeply — all while surrounded by good energy and even better company.
9:30 – Welcome. Arrive, settle in, and soak up the peaceful beauty of Jardin.
9:45 – Fitness Class with Mel. A high-vibe, feel-good fitness session designed to leave you feeling strong, energised, and alive. Think circuits, bodyweight movement, small weights, and plenty of encouragement.
10:45 – Botanical Christmas Wreath Workshop & Festive Tonic. Get creative and hands-on as you craft your own natural wreath to take home and display on your front door, infused with seasonal botanicals and intention. All whilst sipping a light festive tonic as you create and connect.
11:45 – Lunch.…
