Day of Self - June Day Retreat

Join us for a day of total self care! You will move, breath, create, nourish, and deeply relax.

Starting our day off with an outdoor Yoga Session, that is accessible to all yogi levels (even first timers), and a breathwork session that will leave us feeling balanced, grounded & energised.

As our movement finishes we will fall further into bliss with a healing  & restorative guided sound meditation.

Lunch will be a delicious and nutrious feasting table of salads, savoury tarts, fruits and some treats! Enjoy the food, whilst taking in your surrondings at the blissful Bask El Sol property.

After lunch, the incredible Haifa, owner and creator of Made With Love Ceramics,  will lead you through a soothing & fun pottery workshop. You will get to create your very own 'I AM' mug which you will get to keep. If you havn't seen or heard of the famous "I AM" mugs yet please have a look here on her website. Haifa will take your beautiful handmade mugs back to her studio for firing, glazing and then they will be shipped out to your home (all included in your ticket price).

Finishing off the most blissful 5 hours of your life, we will conclude the retreat with a yoga nidra meditation! You will leave the retreat feeling as if you are floating on a cloud, having moved your body, rested your mind, aligned your soul and reignited your creativity.

Everything is included and provided for you! All you need to do is show up!
