About the Event
Essential Oil Goddess | 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Jen Gallagher will guide you through the five elements for greater wellbeing essential oil workshop (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water). You will create your own 5 elements blend to take home. Whilst seated on the floor, supported by yoga pillows and/or bolsters to strengthen your connection to the earth. In the beautiful & intimate space of, The Soul Studio.
Yogable Yin Yoga | 2:00 - 3:00pm
Together we will go on an inward journey with the practice of Yin Yoga. This practise of holding seated poses for an extended period of time supported by yoga props so the poses become effortless will help lower stress and tension in the body, improve our inner strength & regulates our energy flows. Each pose will honour the Five elements and compliment the healing powers of your oils. All yoga levels welcome & suitable for beginners.
Afternoon Tea | 3:00pm - 3:30pm
Allow yourself to remain in this calm state for a little longer, with a beautiful afternoon tea. Served by the Essential Oil Goddess. Help yourself to some mouth-watering bliss balls infused with essential oils & sip on some loose leaf tea, before heading off.
By the End
You will leave this workshop feeling relaxed, replenished & pampered! Having had your scents, both smell and taste tingled. Whilst having undergone a deep healing journey, both physically and mentally from the combination of the essential oils & yin yoga.
