About the Event

InsideOut - The Essence to Health | 6:30 - 7:30pm

Take part in a Gut Health & Immunity Workshop by the lovely Alexandra, from InsideOut - The Essence to Health. She will cover a range of introductory topics; What is gut health? Why do we need it? And answer a number of key in-depth questions: what is the main source of 'food' / 'fuel' for the gut microbiome? How is gut health linked to your immunity, plus so much more! As well as having open discussions and answering key questions from you, our Yogable tribe!

Yogable | 7:30 - 8:30pm

The yoga workshop will follow on with gut health & aiding in digestion. Brooklyn from Yogable will take you through a yoga for digestion flow that works on increasing circulation and energy into the area of the stomach and digestive organs.

Yoga works on a physical level by stimulating the internal organs via various asanas, as well as concentrating on specific breath work that is designed to cleanse and energise the digestive organs. All yoga levels welcome & suitable for beginners.

By the end

You will feel better informed on the inner workings of your gut; why it is so important for overall health and immunity, and how to better your own gut health. You will have also learned some amazing yoga asanas to improve  your digestion and overall wellbeing.
