Mindfulness Workshop for Kids

Join us this school holidays for a fun and inviting workshop that will support nervous system regulation, and help your child develop their own mindful practices. 

4 Different Dates availble, please select your correct date when purchasing a ticket.

What's Included: 

- Introduction to different breathing techniques and when to use them 

-Mindful movement for all levels, learning to work with our body

-Immersive Sound Session, utilizing sound bowls, drums, chimes, and other insturments

-Worry Wand Creations, your child will get to create their own worry wand (supplies provided) that they can take home to use as a regulation tool

Parents must accompany any child 12 years of age or under. Ticket price is per child, parents do not need to pay.
