Yoga & Christmas Wreath Workshop

Yogable Yoga | 2:30 - 3:30pm

Take part in a beautifully curated Hatha yoga flow workshop, designed around the Earth Element. Grounding & balancing poses will feature in this slow flow to connect you to your Earth Element. The Earth Element can easily become unbalanced around the festive season as its nature is to care, to nourish, and to give, but you can unconsciously sacrifice too much leaving yourself depleted. So give yourself this time to move, to create, to connect, and to ground yourself!

Graze Away | 3:30 - 4:00pm

Graze away on our tasty platters prepared by Oasis on Brunswick, accompanied by some refreshments, whilst we turn the space from a yoga studio to a Christmas wreath studio.

Helena Rose Christmas Wreaths | 4:00 - 6:00pm

Get into the festive spirit, by joining Helena Rose for your Christmas wreath-making workshop!

Helena will guide you through a hands-on workshop, to design, style & create your very own fresh floral door/wall wreath or even a table centerpiece ready for Christmas. You will be given all the materials required; fresh flowers and foliage, pine cones and Christmas ornaments to create your unique wreath. This wreath will then dry naturally for you to use decoratively in your home throughout the year.

By the End

You will leave this workshop feeling connected and rooted to your earth element. Ready to take on the fun yet sometimes stressful festive season. Whilst walking out the door with your very own hand-crafted Christmas wreath, that will no doubt make your neighbours, friends and family jealous of your Christmas masterpiece & new found skill!
