Service Description

This is for the mumma to be who is feeling burnt out, needs to connect with her body and baby, or simply is looking to come back to a place of equilibrium in their body with some deep rest & relaxation. The session begins with breath work and guided meditation. I then take you through a prenatal slow flow/restorative style yoga class using hands on adjustments, massage, and body work. Depending on what stage you are at in your pregnancy I will teach you how to optimally support your body with breath & movement, providing proper support heading into birth. The session ends with a deeply relaxing body meditation, scalp & temple massage. Also expect sound healing, organic oils, card readings, energy cleansing, mindful chats, and herbal teas. Think of this session as an all encompassing ritual to nourish both your body and your baby in the preparation for birth.
